Responsibilities
•Turn scripts and voiceovers into finished 2D animated videos
•Match the style of the reference channels
•Create long-form videos only, 20 to 25 minutes long
Requirements
•Have a portfolio featuring real 2D animation, ideally long YouTube videos
•Experience with After Effects, Toon Boom, Moho, TVPaint, Adobe Animate, or similar tools
•Good English communication skills
•Maintain a reliable daily schedule aligned with the CET time zone
•Be willing to grow with a team and an international company
Conditions
•Month 1 is a paid trial at $8-10 per finished minute of animation
•After a strong first month, a longer-term deal is available with a monthly salary of $800-$1,200 plus a performance-based bonus
•Top performers can join the core team with higher pay and more responsibility
•A 20-minute video is estimated to take 2 weeks to produce; this will be confirmed during the interview
•The team plans to publish 4 long videos a month
•The hiring process includes a video or call interview, an unpaid 1-minute test task, and a final decision
